Job Description:
As an ASO Specialist at 9foxlabs, you will be responsible for maximizing the visibility and performance of our mobile apps on app stores. You’ll work closely with our marketing and development teams to implement effective ASO strategies that drive app downloads and engagement. If you have a knack for data analysis, a strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems, and a passion for optimizing user acquisition, we’d love to have you join us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive ASO strategies for our mobile apps, with a focus on app store listings and optimization.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and phrases to target in app store listings.
- Optimize app titles, descriptions, and visuals to improve app store search rankings and click-through rates.
- Monitor and analyze app store performance metrics, including downloads, conversion rates, and user reviews.
- Implement A/B testing and experimentation to refine app store assets and conversion funnels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in ASO.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and design, to align ASO strategies with overall app goals.
- Provide regular reports and insights on ASO performance to stakeholders.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the app marketplace.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an ASO Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing ASO achievements.
- Proficiency in ASO tools and platforms, including app store analytics and optimization tools.
- Excellent knowledge of mobile app ecosystems, app store algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to make informed decisions.
- Creative thinking and the ability to craft compelling app store listings.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- A passion for mobile apps and a desire to drive app growth through ASO.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ASO for both iOS and Android apps.
- Familiarity with localization and internationalization strategies in ASO.
- Knowledge of app store advertising and paid user acquisition strategies.
